Mother of Mercy House

Mother of Mercy House had a simple desire to be the presence of Christ and the Church, to discern the needs of the people who live there and to respond as best they could. Lead by Fr Liam Murphy, the entire team at the Mother of Mercy House work each day to meet God’s people where they are in their lives, with the love and mercy of God. Each Fall, through the Maria Middleton Coat Distribution Drive, coats are provided for the community in need.

We engage in a variety of mission projects in Uganda:

We sponsor the education of children in primary and secondary schools (the children of St. Charles Lwanga Parish in Ibanda and others who study at Pope John Paul II Secondary School in Northern Uganda)
We assist in the care of children at Ibanda Babies Home
We provide people an opportunity to travel to Uganda and experience the amazing people, the depth of culture, the vibrancy of faith

Red Rosary of Hope Ministry

This ministry brings Our Lady of Hope’s message to the sick, suffering and their families. Through the Red Rosary of Hope ministry, we spread this powerful message and mystery of hope, making known this powerful presence of God. At times of suffering, God calls each of us to follow Our Lord, to willingly unite our cross to the Cross of Our Lord, so to unleash and share His infinite Love through Our Mother Mary, Our Lady of Hope, to all His children.
